Geneva people are definitely aware of the ecological problems faced by our mother Earth. One proof for that is the Réagir garden-exhibition that is available in front of the Villa le Chêne for almost five months, from 8 May to 14 October 2007. 2500 m2 of lawn will be occupied with the exhibition space, dedicated to the issue of environmental catastrophes, including climatic change, deforestation, desertification, invasions, loss of biodiversity and natural habitats. All of these are approached from a scientific point pf view. During May, June and September there will also be Réagirencontres (Reacting Meetings) held, during which some well-known figures together with the audience will participate in research and discussions on one of the problems. And, of course, workshops, musical and theatrical performances are organized for you.
